AIRSCREAM Group is seeking a passionate and highly creative Brand & Creative Designer to join our dynamic Brand & Marketing team. This role is ideal for a visually driven designer with a strong sense of branding, storytelling, and digital creativity, capable of producing impactful social media visuals, motion graphics, and engaging multimedia content that resonate with global audiences. You will play an integral role in shaping AIRSCREAM’s visual identity by elevating brand presence, driving audience engagement through compelling visual assets, and delivering creative excellence across all digital platforms.

 

Job Description:

  • Design visually compelling graphics, digital assets, and creative content for marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and product promotions.
  • Produce high-quality static and motion content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Create engaging motion graphics, GIFs, short-form animations, and basic video edits to support social media and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with AIRSCREAM GROUP’s brand identity, tone, and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, branding, and content teams to deliver impactful visual campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or social media content design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, digital visual assets, and motion graphic work materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (basic video editing skills preferred)
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Motion graphics, Basic animation, Video editing for social media content and Typography, layout, and branding design.

Duties will include sales presentations, business development, government negotiation on rules & regulations, negotiating contracts with GT & MT distributors, as well as implementing strategic campaigns for assigned markets.

Job Description:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in targeted industries to expand market share.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders and foster loyalty.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from initial inquiry, proposal, and negotiation to contract signing and order acquisition.
  • Act as the liaison between the client and internal engineering/production teams to track project progress and ensure quality.

  • At least 3 years of experience in FMCG industry or B2B experience in manufacturing industry on field sales.
  • Understanding of ODM/OEM manufacturing processes, supply chains, and technical specifications.
  • Added advantage for candidates from Tobacco / Vape industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate with efficiency MS excel & MS PowerPoint.
