How do I start using my AIRSCREAM device?

For AirsPops: Insert a fresh pod into the device, and once it clicks in place, place the mouthpiece tip to your lips and inhale to begin vaping. The device has an automatic draw sensor.

For AirsPops ONE USE: Place the mouthpiece tip to your lips and inhale to begin vaping. The device has an automatic draw sensor.

For AirsPops 3, AirsPops 7, AirsPops Pro and AirEgg: you need to deactivate the child lock by pressing the button 5 times first.

For bottle. by AirsPops, you need to manually fire the device by holding down the button whenever you wish to vape. It also has a similar child lock with the AirsPops Pro.

How do I maintain my AIRSCREAM device(s)?

Remove the cartridge from the device if not been in use for over 2 days.

Leave the device standing upright when the cartridge is attached to reduce the likelihood of leaks. All AirsPops devices can stand upright when placed on a flat surface.

Condensation occurs naturally and is nothing to worry about. Periodically remove the cartridge and wipe off any traces within the chamber, especially the electronic contacts.

If you encounter severe leakage, check that your device coils are properly inserted. If problem persists, please e-mail customercare@airscreamuk.com

Why do I experience loss or change of flavours when vaping?

If there is a loss of flavour, first check your device battery, as low battery can result in improper heating. E-liquids in pods will also gradually darken and lose flavour over time. This is a normal phenomenon caused by repeated heating and not a defect.

If your e-liquids turn dark orange/amber, please drain the tank and refill it.

How long can each coil/AirsPops refillable pod last?

Each coil/pod is rated for approximately 3 full refills. However, climate conditions, user habit and type of e-liquid used can significantly shorten or lengthen the usable duration. As a general recommendation, we recommend replacing the coil/pod when its flavour weakens or changes.

If you find your coil/pod losing or changing flavour abnormally fast, please discontinue use immediately and email customercare@airscreamuk.com.

What e-liquids are supported on AirsPops devices?

Use AIRSCREAM UK's 313 nicotine salt E-Liquid or other compatible 40-50 VG E-liquids. Higher VG or freebase liquids may still work, but coils might wear out faster. Avoid using freebase liquids over 60 VG, as they are designed for higher power devices.

* Please note that INK LORDS liquids are NOT compatible with AirsPops devices.

Do I need to replace my cartridge/tank?

The e-liquid tank can be reused and refilled indefinitely as long as they are undamaged. Periodically rinsing the tank with water is recommended between coil and flavour changes.

Please note that the magnets will gradually weaken with repeated use: replace the cartridge/tank if it no longer connects to the device securely.
